About this role

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable customer service professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have great customer communication skills, be flexible, and passionate about providing excellent customer experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us on a project basis. You will be part of a close-knit, collaborative customer experience team, managing customer queries via various channels including inbound phones, live support, and email.

Key responsibilities
  • Giving accurate, concise information in a professional and personable manner whilst maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product range.
  • Responding to customer queries through Live Chat, email, and phone calls.
  • Accurately documenting each customer interaction.
  • Up-holding the highest levels of integrity, service, and professionalism with every customer correspondence.
Requirements
  • A stable internet connection for working from home.
  • A conducive working environment for your home setup.
  • Flexibility to support campaign launch.
What to expect
  • Pure email - non-voice task or Blended (Email, Chat, and Voice).
  • Work From Home.
  • Final interview with the client.
  • One week training specific to the queue you will be supporting.
  • Minimal supervision from QA Lead and CSM.
  • Comfortable with direct client interactions.
  • Open to opportunities and feedback from clients.
  • 2 to 3 months project based employment.
