Performance Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving real business outcomes through search engine optimisation (SEO), Google Ads and content marketing.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads, with a strong understanding of SEMrush, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console.

You will work closely with our creative team to develop and implement strategies that drive lead generation and conversion. Your expertise in keyword research, on-page optimisation and campaign analysis will be crucial in delivering results-driven marketing campaigns.

In this role, you will also be responsible for monitoring keyword rankings, landing page performance and lead quality. You will use data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio to track campaign performance and make informed decisions.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads
  • Strong working knowledge of SEMrush, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console
  • Experience optimising landing pages and ad creative based on data
  • Understanding of lead generation funnels and attribution
