Renewal Process Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive the annual renewal process and lead all phases of the renewal lifecycle as a Customer Advocate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster pricing negotiations and approvals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely and efficient renewals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving escalations, and identifying opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably handling customer escalations
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to offer tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in technology and experience using CRM platforms (preferred)
  • A deep understanding of US or North American culture and the ability to empathize and connect with customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in leading conversations
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • A proactive, positive attitude, ready to adapt to change and contribute to process improvements
  • High energy levels and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
