Property Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, resolving accounting matters, and managing financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) efficiently.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external use.
  • Handle investor reporting, providing detailed and clear financial information.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
  • Proven experience as a Property Accountant.
  • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with using AppFolio is strongly recommended.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
