Job Title: Master Data Management Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Management Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our emerging shared services team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the setup and maintenance of vendor and customer master data.

This individual will work independently to create accurate and timely master data, which will be used by stakeholders globally for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, execute, and accurately maintain master data for both Vendors and Customers;
  • Create and modify customer bill-to accounts into the Oracle and Syteline system;
  • Analyze the validity of master data creation requests to ensure no duplicates exist;
  • Ensure necessary approvals are obtained before updating master data;
  • Validate vendor and customer requirements by confirming information in service now request forms;
  • Participate in analyzing and investigating vendor and customer account integration failures/issues from MDM Oracle and Syteline system;
  • Maintain master data regularly and within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA), providing timely and relevant business information for all levels of management;
  • Perform master data clean-up and mass updates as necessary for existing customer records;
  • Support ad-hoc reports from the business;
  • Ensure compliance with External Audits and Internal Audits;
