The primary function of this role is to create and implement business development and sales strategies to achieve the desired outcomes in the transportation sector. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the performance of a team of Business Development and Sales Officers, as well as selecting, developing, and mentoring them.

Key responsibilities include understanding the company's product and service offerings, positioning them effectively to meet the unique needs of clients, and establishing long-lasting relationships with clients and government agencies. This requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. They will also possess strong analytical skills, including data analysis and the ability to use data to drive decisions and prioritize product features.

In addition to these technical skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. A strong understanding of product management methodologies, including product strategy, development, and lifecycle management, is also essential.
