Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. If you have a passion for problem-solving and connecting with customers, this role is perfect for you.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for guiding customers through technical issues with ease, using your knowledge and real passion for technology. You will excel in explaining step-by-step solutions with patience and an approach tailored to each individual customer.

You will be the face of our company, providing an incredible customer experience while efficiently resolving complex technical issues. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to prioritize and manage your time effectively, make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, and phone
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues
RequirementsEssential Qualifications:
  • Strong spoken and written English (at least C1)
  • Minimum 1 year professional customer service experience or equivalent customer-facing role
  • Experience supporting customers via email, and/or chat
  • Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience, including comprehensive issue resolution
  • Able to effectively tailor communication and style to different audiences
  • Able to self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to recognize patterns
  • Thrives on a team where expertise is shared and feedback is welcomed
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Office 360
  • Experience with Zendesk, ServiceDesk, or Freshdesk
  • Able to meet minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while chatting with customers
  • Interested in e-commerce with possible previous experience leading e-commerce clients
