
Sales Experience Lead

A sales professional is needed to own the customer experience from contract signing until post-sale matters are resolved. The main point of contact will coordinate delivery appointments, manage vehicle documentation and legal requirements, and handle after-sales claims with professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary customer contact after the sale is closed.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery scheduling and ensure all steps are aligned and completed.
- Manage the complete sales fulfillment process, including documentation, legal registration, and insurance.
- Resolve after-sales claims efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a background in hospitality management or business administration. They must be exceptionally organized, detail-driven, and able to navigate complex priorities and customer expectations. Additionally, they should be customer-focused, calm under pressure, and able to multitask and prioritize across multiple ongoing cases.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Sales operations, vehicle processes, or customer-facing coordination experience is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered an asset.
