We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Business Growth Specialist to join our sales department at MicroSourcing. As a BDR, you will work closely with our experienced team of Account Managers and ISRs to drive revenue growth through early-stage sales efforts.

Your main goal is to expand our customer base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, working with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.

About the Responsibilities:
  • You will support marketing efforts by responding to inbound leads and inquiries, providing timely and professional communication to potential customers.

  • You will identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients and their organizations, using your knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis.

  • You will develop and implement email campaigns to attract new leads, using your creativity and persuasive writing skills to engage potential customers.

  • You will work closely with other sales team members to identify and convert prospective customers, sharing best practices and expertise to drive sales growth.

  • You will perform research on competitors, consumer behavior, market trends, product developments, and lead acquisition methods to stay ahead in the industry.

  • You will analyze customer personas and target audience demographics to generate leads, creating effective campaigns to attract new customers.

  • You will work on a shift covering the APAC time zone, requiring flexibility and adaptability in your work schedule.
