Training Program Specialist

Job Description:

As a skilled Training Program Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs that foster skill development and enhance team performance. Your expertise in conducting training sessions and assessing training needs will be crucial in customizing materials to address specific knowledge or skill gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing team members, focusing on enhancing employee engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Assess training needs and create customized materials to address specific knowledge or skill gaps, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
  • Facilitate interactive and practical training sessions, leveraging your excellent presentation and communication skills to engage trainees and promote skill development.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, providing actionable insights for program improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training supports business goals and operational needs, driving business success and growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date training materials and resources, adhering to company standards and industry best practices.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to trainees post-training, ensuring successful application of learned skills and promoting continuous learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a trainer, training specialist, or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in training design and delivery.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and promote skill development.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Tech-savviness, with proficiency in using online training tools and platforms effectively, and adapting to changing technologies and trends.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to changing priorities, while maintaining high levels of productivity and motivation.
