About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Language Skills Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and support to language trainers, helping them develop their skills and enhance their teaching effectiveness.

Your primary responsibility will be to mentor and support language trainers in their professional development, focusing on improving their instructional techniques, lesson planning skills, assessment skills, and overall language training skills.

You will work closely with language trainers to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored coaching plans to address these needs.

In addition to mentoring, you will also facilitate engaging and interactive online training sessions, leveraging your expertise to drive meaningful learning outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced language trainer to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact on the development of our language training programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and support language trainers: Provide individualized coaching and guidance to help language trainers improve their instructional techniques and overall language training skills.
  • Facilitate online training sessions: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that cater to the diverse needs of language trainers.
  • Develop training materials: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver high-quality training materials that align with our language training standards.
  • Support professional development opportunities: Identify training needs and coordinate relevant workshops, webinars, or conferences to support the growth and development of language trainers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Significant experience as a language trainer, instructor, or educator, preferably with experience in coaching or mentoring.
  • Excellent understanding of various language proficiency frameworks and their application in training.
  • Proficiency in using web conferencing tools, learning management systems, and other online training platforms.
