About The Role:
The overall objective of this role is to promote our client's Storage range of products and secure major projects in the Philippines.
This involves developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals within the Philippines.
Responsibilities include managing channel sales partners, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of sales initiatives.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Sales Development: Develop and implement effective sales plans for the Philippine market to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the Philippines to identify opportunities and threats.
Use this information to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the Philippines.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets for the Philippines.
Track performance against these targets and take corrective actions when necessary.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our client's products or services and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth and customer satisfaction.
Training: Train partners to ensure continual improvement in sales, capability, knowledge, performance and profitability
Marketing: Implement marketing plans set out by the marketing team and support distributors' marketing activities in the Philippines.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering-related field.
Proven experience in sales in the Philippines, preferably related to building architectural hardware industries.
Postgraduate working experience of 5 years and above.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven information to secure orders.
Willingness to work Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm) in Chinatown Binondo, Manila.
Willingness to travel locally in the Philippines if needed.
Willingness to attend training in Malaysia for 2 weeks, all expenses paid by the client upon start of employment.
