Financial Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Reporting Specialist.

The successful candidate will assist in preparing financial reports, review internally reported data, contribute to the monthly close process, and maintain strong internal controls over the financial reporting process.

Key responsibilities include compiling and reviewing documentation for internal and external auditors, maintaining Sarbanes-Oxley internal control narratives and testing documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to automation, data quality, and reporting efficiency.

Requirements include a university degree in accountancy, prior accounting-related internship or part-time experience, foundational understanding of S. GAAP and IFRS principles, and experience in SAP and reporting software (i.e., Workiva Wdesk).

Personal qualities required include strong process design orientation, risk awareness, and problem-solving skills, critical thinking, mathematical aptitude, strong written and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
