Job Overview

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, innovation, and excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead high-performing teams to ensure seamless customer service and operational continuity across regions and time zones.
  • Coordinate delivery support, track contract delivery status, and manage backup coverage during holidays and leaves.
  • Ensure operational governance, standardize support best practices, and drive issue prevention & proactive support.
  • Act as an escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and guidance.

The ideal candidate will have prior management and leadership experience, project management background, ERP knowledge, and fluency in English. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Additionally, a managed services background, implementation experience, and Spanish language proficiency (desirable) are highly valued.
