Real Estate Deficiency Monitor

The Monitoring Officer role is responsible for the overall monitoring of deficiencies, especially collateral documents and insurances. The primary goal is to ensure timely endorsement of collateral documents for registration of mortgage lien.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis position involves primarily monitoring deficiencies, particularly in collateral documents, insurances, and appraisal/house completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for endorsing collateral documents promptly for registration of mortgage lien.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree relevant to the job is required.
- A graduate degree with 1 year experience in Real Estate Loans: documentation, back room operations, credit, and sales processes is preferred.
