Virtual Assistant Position

We are seeking a skilled and accomplished Virtual Assistant with expertise in Adobe Photoshop to join our organization. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and high-quality production files for products like murals, wallpapers, and other custom apparel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Creation: Create visually appealing designs using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), ensuring precise color accuracy and meeting customer specifications.
  • File Preparation: Prepare and optimize digital files for print and web output, collaborating with designers and project managers to meet deadlines.
  • Library Management: Manage a library of design assets, ensuring easy access and organization.
  • Quality Assurance: Execute layout adjustments and perform pre-press checks to ensure high-quality production files.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Intermediate to Expert Skills: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Excellent problem-solving skills and strong time-management abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Work Ethic: Strong work ethic and willingness to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
