About the Job:

  1. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Treasury Liaison Associate. This role involves safely transporting confidential documents, files, and packages between different Treasury Department office locations.
  2. The successful candidate will ensure timely and secure delivery of materials to the correct recipients within and outside the department.
  3. Accurate record-keeping is essential for this role, including maintaining records of deliveries, pick-ups, and any related documentation.
  4. Vehicles must be operated and maintained carefully to ensure they remain in good working condition.
  5. Maintaining discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive materials and documents is critical.
  6. The ideal candidate will adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and department policies while performing duties.
  7. Maintaining effective communication with office staff to coordinate deliveries and respond promptly to requests is vital for this position.
  8. Additional responsibilities include running department-related errands such as updating passbooks daily, delivering payment/s to the different lessors, making deposits, and purchasing office supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
  • Proven experience as a messenger or similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations is essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to excel in this role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good communication skills and discretion to handle confidential information professionally.
