Job Title: Senior Investigative Analyst

This position is responsible for supervising and managing the quality assurance function within the Investigations Department, ensuring all investigative reports meet corporate standards and client expectations.

The QA Supervisor will lead the QA team, implement quality control procedures, and act as the key liaison with Compliance and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise QA team members to ensure accurate reviews; serve as an escalation point for complex or critical QA issues; monitor performance of the QA team.
  • Conduct second-level reviews for factual accuracy, source-based verification, compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, PBSA Audit Criteria, and GDPR; maintain audit-ready documentation and trail logs.
  • Develop and conduct orientation and training for new QA Analysts and Investigative Analysts; monitor recurring QA errors; conduct root-cause analysis; recommend corrective actions.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations professionally to internal stakeholders. Participate in client discussions when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in criminology, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in background screening, compliance, or investigative QA roles.
  • Prior supervisory/team lead experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and analytical thinking.
