Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving Coordination: Assist in the coordination of shipping and receiving of products.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Record Management: Update and maintain records in our database.
  • Communication: Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other departments via phone and email to facilitate timely deliveries and resolve any issues.
  • Monitoring Shipments: Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and identify causes of delays as necessary.
  • Logistics Management Software: Utilize logistics management software and tools to track shipments and delivery schedules.
  • Supportive Planning: Provide support for logistical planning and implementation to improve operational efficiency.
  • Customer and Supplier Familiarity: Familiarize yourself with customer and supplier preferences.
  • Special Projects: Support special projects and reports as requested by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers is essential.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work during weekends in Pacific Standard Time zone is required.
