Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily accounting functions, including expenses, fixed assets, leasing, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting.
  • Manage subsidiary accounting activities and collaborate with external accounting firms.
  • Review and analyze intercompany accounts to ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, and manage audits and filings for subsidiaries.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance accounting processes and support ad hoc projects.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or CPA certification preferred.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a service company, with international experience desirable.
  • Strong grasp of US GAAP, financial controls, forecasting, and financial reports necessary.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and motivate others essential.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and flexible attitude skills required.
