- Contribute to maturing our organisation by defining change initiatives that enhance business capabilities and demonstrate the value to stakeholders in a meaningful way.
- Engineer and document business processes and develop associated metrics to continuously measure performance.
- Support the development of Business Cases to secure funding for transformational programmes of work.
- Continuously learn about new business and technology trends to improve skills and knowledge and identify synergies that will benefit the organisation.
- Bachelor's Degree Holder.
- Previous experience working in a Business Architect role (or as a Lead Business Analyst).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, gather requirements, and present findings.
- Strong analytical skills to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive implementation plans forward.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with different departments and stakeholders.
- Manage difficult conversations and conflicting stakeholder perspectives.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
- Adaptable with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of Architecture Frameworks (i.e., TOGAF) and Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) is advantageous.
