Senior QA Automation Manager

This role offers the opportunity to lead the quality assurance strategy and develop a best-in-class automation framework.

  • Define and implement testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
  • Drive test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms.

Mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.

  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in manual and automation testing, 1 year experience in leading a team.
  • Development and execution of test plans and scenarios.
  • Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium.
