Lead Business Insights Specialist

The Data Analyst position involves working with diverse data sets and analytical disciplines. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for extracting insights from complex data, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Extract, transform, and load large datasets into databases and data warehouses
- Develop and implement data visualization strategies to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Identify areas for process improvement and optimize workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic understanding of data analysis principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, and statistical analysis software
- Excel/Google Sheets
- SQL and database querying
- Python or R programming languages
- Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
