Family Empowerment Specialist

As a passionate and empathetic Family Empowerment Specialist, you will work with real families facing human challenges. Your mission is to empower underserved families to take the transformative step of accessing care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Family Empowerment Function. Manage the family training pipeline, help families reach their potential, and support best-in-class clinical training.
  • Uplift Families. Guide families through the healthcare maze and be their biggest cheerleader during highs and lows.
  • Partner with Technology, Clinical, and Product Teams. Collaborate to advance our mission.
  • Build a Thriving Community. Coordinate meet-ups, introduce families to each other, and organize events that empower families to rely on one another.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1-4 years of sales or customer success experience in a professional role.
  • Excellent project management and process execution skills.
  • Experience in business analytics and performance measurement (or willingness to learn).
  • Deep empathy, tenacity, charisma, and patience.
