About This Role

This role involves overseeing various aspects of brand management, including social media management, market research, collateral development, advertising campaigns, new promo development, sales roadshows/training, and local events activations. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading monthly business reviews/dashboard to ensure the brand's health.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and branding, with experience in developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies. You will be working closely with the Marketing Director and CEO to develop new brands and exploratory businesses in the FinTech space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform brand decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Create engaging content and marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Develop and manage budgets for brand-related initiatives and track expenses.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and branding, preferably in a leadership or senior role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management software and marketing automation systems.
