The Digital Learning Experience Creator is responsible for crafting engaging, interactive e-Learning content that enhances user understanding and retention. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify learning objectives, design visually appealing templates, and develop content using software such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs and developing targeted content solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Designing and developing interactive content, including gamification and scenario-based learning.
- Maintaining high-quality standards through peer review and feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of experience in instructional design, e-Learning development, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
