Multilingual Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Call Center Representative to provide exceptional customer support in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others and are fluent in both languages. As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, translating and communicating clearly across both languages, and assisting customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish
- Translate and communicate clearly across both languages
- Assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior experience in a bilingual customer service role is preferred
