About the Role:

The Independent Electricity Market Operator of the Philippines Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Metering Staff to join our team as part of our operations department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of metering data from wholesale and retail participants.

You will formulate configurations and equations for energy calculation, calculate and validate energy for monthly trading amounts, and manage the metering database. You will also create tools or programs for data extraction or automation of other metering processes/validation.

To succeed in this position, you will need strong programming skills, experience with data analysis, and excellent communication skills. You must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any relevant course, and 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicates with wholesale and retail metering services providers for the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of metering data.

  • Handles evaluation of metering installation registration of wholesale and/or retail participants.
