Accounting Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Public Accountant 2 to join our organization. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing digital and physical financial records, assessing business transactions, and preparing accurate reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Assess all business transactions and prepare accurate reports on your findings, providing valuable insights to management.
  • Coordinate with employees on income tax research and planning, ensuring timely and accurate filing.
  • Conduct periodic audits to guarantee accuracy in financial records, expenses, and savings, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Organize and file all local income tax documents, maintaining a secure and compliant record-keeping system.
  • Contribute to budgeting procedures, working closely with management to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Regularly brief management on the company financial position and recommend solutions to improve results, driving growth and profitability.
  • Respond to tax and accounting related issues, providing expert advice and support.
  • Monitor and supervise accounting staff to meet deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years proven experience in accounting and finance.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
  • Outstanding tax knowledge of local and international regulations involving trading.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
