Job Description:

The Accounting/Financial Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the client's financial and administrative needs.

Main Duties:
  • Assist with onboarding new sales representatives, including setting up pay systems and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage bookkeeping, QuickBooks support, billing, and invoicing, as well as track commissions for sales representatives.
  • Coordinate travel plans and arrange itineraries for team members.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as updating documents, preparing reports, and managing email and calendar.
  • Conduct online research to gather relevant information for presentations and blog posts.
  • Design promotional materials for events, graphics, and social media content.
  • Work from our Mandaue City office and adapt to night shifts and rotating shifts as needed.
  • Start immediately.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience with bookkeeping and QuickBooks or a financial background.
  • Knowledge of commissions or payroll administration.
  • Basic graphic design skills.
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proactivity and self-direction.
