Job Title: Financial Manager CPA

The role of a Financial Manager CPA is to oversee the financial planning and analysis function of an organization. This includes developing and implementing financial models, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to management.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis and general accounting, with at least 5 years of supervisory-level experience.

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
  • Possesses 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and general accounting, with at least a supervisory-level role.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and work independently to achieve objectives.
  • Skilled in delivering clear and compelling presentations.
Work Arrangement:

The position requires a combination of onsite and remote work. Onsite work will be based in Nuvali, while remote work will be conducted on a flexible schedule. During the probationary period, employees are expected to work 4 days onsite and 1 day remotely. After regularization, the arrangement will change to 3 days onsite and 2 days remotely.

The working hours will be from 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, or 9am-6pm, depending on the specific requirements of the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial models and plans.
  • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Deliver clear and compelling presentations to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with external partners and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and general accounting
