Senior Financial Analyst Role

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for overseeing and managing the accuracy of bonus and commission programs. This involves owning and maintaining data, processes, and controls to ensure the integrity of these programs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update the quarterly compensation workbook with accurate and complete information.
  • Oversee the end-to-end company-wide compensation process, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing and verifying relevant data for accurate calculations.
  • Maintain sensitive and confidential information securely, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Address complex commission and bonus inquiries, adjustments, and corrections in a timely manner, ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Creates complex spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations in Microsoft Excel with precision and speed.
  • Maintains exceptional attention to detail, staying organized while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Engages and communicates confidently with senior leaders and C-Suite executives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or a finance-related role.
  • Must have a stable employment history.
