Marketing Strategist Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Strategist to enhance our brand presence within the Real Estate and Construction sectors.

  • Create, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to foster a strong online presence.
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns highlighting real estate projects, construction updates, and company milestones to drive qualified leads.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights for differentiation and growth.
  • Produce weekly and monthly marketing reports, including social media analytics, engagement rates, and ROI assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven campaigns that meet business objectives.

A strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and digital marketing strategies is required. Excellent communication and copywriting skills, as well as analytical expertise to assess data and ROI, are also essential.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate, construction, or related industries.
