Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our team.

This role involves planning, designing and developing manual and automation test tools, methodologies, script & execute end to end automation and manual test cases, track results, and log defects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for both automated and manual testing.

You will develop scalable and reliable automated tests and frameworks, contribute to implementing repeatable automated tests during sprints to ensure quality, reduce test execution time, & incorporate automated tests into CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Create test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for both automated and manual testing.
  • Develop scalable and reliable automated tests and frameworks.
  • Contribute to implement repeatable automated tests during sprints to ensure quality, reduce test execution time, & incorporate automated tests into CI/CD processes.
  • Plan the budget and labour needs of each sprint and product releases.
  • Work in a dedicated squad team and help drive product quality.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of software testing experience (Manual and Automation).
  • Experience with automated testing tool Playwright.
  • Experience in both manual and automated testing including planning, test case design, test reporting, defect tracking, estimating and test coverage.
