This includes using a CRM system to manage bookings, cancellations, charges, and other related tasks. The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to multi-task while ensuring accuracy. Additionally, they should be able to problem-solve, work independently, and possess proficiency in CRM systems and phone systems.

About the Role
As a Bookings and Admin Support Specialist, you will be working closely with Yoga Teachers and clients to ensure smooth operations. You will be required to answer emails, WhatsApp messages, and make voice calls as necessary. Your duties will include arranging replacement Yoga Teachers when needed, processing invoices, and following up with teachers. During the low/off season, you may be asked to assist with social media posts, newsletters, posters, basic video editing, and creating TikTok videos using tools like Canva.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering and assisting with bookings and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing bookings, cancellations, charges, and other admin tasks using a CRM system.
  • Arranging replacement of Yoga Teachers when necessary.
  • Processing invoices and following up with Yoga Teachers.
  • Providing support during emergency situations, which may require additional hours on short notice.
