Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Architect to lead the development of our AI agent platform. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable front-end and back-end systems.

Responsibilities include defining and leading technical architecture, mentoring and guiding a small team of engineers, collaborating with founders, product, and engineering to align architecture with business goals.

Additionally, you will design, build, and optimize automation workflows using N8N, integrate vector stores/databases, manage and optimize deployments using Docker, Docker Compose, and hypervisors, oversee Linux-based development environments, implement and maintain secure local and remote deployments, and architect and secure local networks and deployment environments.

As a leader in this role, you will also collaborate across multiple projects, balancing optimization of existing systems with rollout of new features, use Git versioning and project management tools to ensure clean workflows, visibility, and collaboration.
