GTM Systems Consultant - Seeking a strategic professional to support clients in building and optimizing their Go-To-Market (GTM) technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership to understand business goals, sales and marketing strategies, and operational needs.
  • Translate high-level strategic objectives into technical requirements and actionable implementation plans.
Technical Expertise:
  • Architect and configure Salesforce to align with client-specific GTM processes.
  • Implement and manage key integrations with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clari, and CPQ platforms.
  • Design scalable solutions for lead lifecycle management, opportunity tracking, ABM, and customer success workflows.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze existing GTM processes, identify inefficiencies, and design streamlined, scalable workflows.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Client Enablement & Support:
  • Provide training and enablement to client teams to ensure effective use and adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering guidance on system governance, best practices, and change management.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, optimization, and administration.
  • Familiarity with related tools and integrations such as HubSpot, Marketo, Clari, CPQ systems, and data enrichment platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/reporting tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, Architect, etc.)
  • Experience working in a consulting or agency environment with multiple concurrent clients.
  • Knowledge of ABM strategy and tooling within Salesforce.
  • Experience with revenue intelligence platforms and GTM reporting methodologies.
