Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in our HR department. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in developing and implementing recruitment plans to meet staffing needs. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Use various methods to source and attract potential candidates. Participate in initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process from posting job openings to assisting with offer negotiations. Help maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job platforms.
  • Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company's employer brand. Support initiatives that enhance the organization's reputation as a desirable place to work.
  • Data Management: Help maintain accurate recruitment records and reports using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidate information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment/ Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
