
Customer Service Representative

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients via various communication channels. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The Customer Support Associate I position interfaces with customers to resolve routine problems related to client products or services. Key responsibilities include clarifying customer requirements, probing for understanding, and providing resolution using decision-support tools and resources.
The successful candidate will be able to listen attentively to customer needs, demonstrate empathy, and maximize opportunities to build rapport. They will also be proficient in maintaining basic knowledge of client products and/or services, preparing accurate work, and participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
Candidate Requirements- A high school diploma with relevant experience is preferred
