We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Associate. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a high level of knowledge across all departments, leveraging this expertise to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of various business units and their operations.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in Salesforce and proficiency in navigating the platform.
- Collaborate with the Retention Account Manager to provide detailed insights into customer accounts, driving strategic renewal targets.
- Process inbound leads efficiently and accurately direct them to relevant sales teams.
- Foster strong relationships with internal departments to enhance cross-selling and renewal success.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of one year's experience in Customer Care, Service, or Sales Administration.
- Extensive experience working with Salesforce.
- Proven ability to work effectively with Sales Teams.
- Related experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Suite applications.
