The Talent Acquisition Assistant plays a key role in identifying and acquiring top talent for our organization. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Some of the key responsibilities of this position include:

- Identifying future talent needs and proactively recruiting candidates
- Assisting in sourcing and screening potential candidates
- Developing college/university recruiting programs and participating in employment events
- Interviewing candidates and assessing their qualifications
- Managing interview schedules and coordinating with hiring managers and candidates

This position also involves examining coordination, job offer preparation and issuance, pre-employment requirements, background checks, and pre-onboarding support.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining organized and confidential personnel records, updating employee data, managing and updating the applicant tracking system, generating and distributing regular reports, and monitoring and reporting accurate company/account attrition rate and fill rate.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking systems, and knowledge of 5S (good housekeeping) programs.
