Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Manage staff effectively, providing training and development opportunities to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales data, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting profitable initiatives.
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, prioritizing employee and customer well-being.
Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Knowledgeable in inventory management and cost control, with a focus on maximizing profitability.
