Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced User Acquisition Professional to join our team. As a key member of our growth team, you will play a pivotal role in scaling mobile user growth for the Mode Earn App as well as other apps.

This is a high-profile opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing, data, and creative strategy, with direct ownership of paid user acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, programmatic DSPs, and rewarded ad networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize UA campaigns across core paid channels: Meta, Google, TikTok (SRNs/SANs), Programmatic DSPs, Rewarded Ad Networks, and more
  • Responsible for the daily performance tracking, pacing, and spend efficiency against KPIs (e.g., CPI, CPA, ROAS) of your campaigns
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad concepts, messaging, and formats
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance to other members of the growth team, aiming to uncover actionable insights & optimizations
  • Identify and test new growth channels, networks, and strategies
