The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry and be able to create targeted and effective advertising content that captures the attention of gamers and enhances brand engagement.

We're looking for a performance-driven User Acquisition Manager to scale mobile user growth across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across core paid channels
  • Responsible for daily performance tracking, pacing, and spend efficiency against key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad concepts, messaging, and formats
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance to other members of the growth team
  • Identify and test new growth channels, networks, and strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience
  • 1-4 years of hands-on experience buying mobile app or gaming ads with significant budgets
  • Proven ability to scale user acquisition efficiently in a mobile-first environment
  • Strong analytical skills fluent in Excel and familiar with tools like MixPanel, Google Analytics, and Tableau
  • Experience with MMPs and performance marketing attribution
  • Data-informed mindset and curiosity to test, learn, and iterate quickly
