Job Overview

The role of Technical Product Manager is pivotal in driving the development excellence of a leading online travel booking platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the product lifecycle, encompassing concept, design, specification, implementation, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and synthesize requirements, including internal product teams, engineers, and business teams.
  • Lead discussions with internal customers to understand user needs, priorities, and feature considerations.
  • Demonstrate leadership, organizational, and execution skills to drive product development projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively bridge the business and technical worlds, articulating opportunities and solutions.
  • Work with senior/lead engineers to balance product velocity and technical debt tradeoffs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years experience in technical product management in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years total technical experience in software engineering or developer experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, using data to make decisions.
  • A problem-solving mindset and ability to figure things out.
