Job Profile

You will be a key member of the Management Accounting domain, working closely with the Tribe Management Accounting & Cost Management team within the COO Finance department.

The Team

As part of an international, multidisciplinary squad composed of tech engineers, you will adopt an agile working approach and take on requests from all stakeholders.

Frequent interaction with other departments and entities in the organization requires clear communication, customer focus, and a strong drive for performance to enhance applications and motivate team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and logging incoming support requests via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Analyzing and resolving first-line technical issues efficiently.
  • Escalating more complex issues to the appropriate department or specialist.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and reports of support activities.
  • Contributing to the enhancement of our support processes and workflows.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • A minimum education qualification with relevant knowledge and skills.
  • Customer service and/or technical support experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with (international) stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and software applications.
