As a key player in our organization's success, the Senior Data and Insights Analyst will be responsible for crafting, maintaining, and troubleshooting critical Sales Operations reports and dashboards.

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and interpret data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Collaborate with the Global and Regional Sales Operations teams to effectively pull this data.
  • Trend Identification and Business Decision-Making: Conduct thorough analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Dashboard Development and Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Salesforce, CRMA (Salesforce Analytics Studio), Tableau, and Google Sheets.
  • Ensure Visualizations are Intuitive: Ensure visualizations are intuitive, accessible, and actionable for various business stakeholders.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data is consistently clean, accurate, and properly structured for visualization.
  • Error Scrutiny and Validation: Scrutinize data for inconsistencies, errors, or missing information leveraging various standard business reports and dashboards for validation.
  • Data Integrity Implementation: Implement data validation techniques and work with data engineers or IT teams when necessary.

Success Metrics:

  • Timeliness, Accuracy, and Collaboration: Quality, accuracy, and timeliness of information; collaboration with Sales Operations team members to understand and gather clear data requirements for accurate and requested reports/dashboards.
  • High-Impact Dashboards: Delivery of high-impact dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.
