Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Insights Analyst to drive strategic decision-making across our organization. This role is central to uncovering valuable insights from data and providing actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes.
This is a key position where you will design and implement advanced analytics models, build data frameworks, and collaborate closely with stakeholders. Your insights will guide operational decisions, shape business strategies, and drive innovation at the intersection of data, technology, and human judgment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain program performance metrics and benchmarks.
- Design and analyze complex experiments and statistical tests to identify drivers of performance.
- Build dashboards, reports, and automated monitoring systems using Looker Studio or similar BI tools.
- Identify and highlight potential biases or preferences in data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Conduct advanced analytics using Python, SQL, and statistical modeling, with opportunities to apply predictive modeling and bias detection algorithms.
- Manage and explore large-scale datasets ranging from structured spreadsheets/CSVs to cloud-based data platforms.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and R programming languages.
- Advanced expertise in statistical modeling and experimental design methodologies.
- Experience working with large datasets, with ability to scale analyses as data volume grows.
- Familiarity with BI/visualization tools such as Looker Studio or similar software.
- Experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud data environments preferred.
- Excellent ability to communicate insights clearly through reports, dashboards, and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
