Deployment Project Coordinator">

This role involves coordinating the deployment of printers and MFPs to new and existing customers. The Deployment Project Coordinator will work with cross-functional teams, transportation partners, and customer personnel to ensure smooth execution of the hardware creation to acceptance process.

  • Assist project managers in all phases of implementation projects by driving and managing tasks and activities without requiring daily guidance.
  • Manage order fulfillment and delivery of hardware using Lexmark systems and carrier websites.
  • Resolve delivery and schedule issues between carriers and customers.
  • Modify planned installation activities in response to changes in delivery schedules.
  • Receive and interpret customer POs for hardware orders.
  • Manage complex interactions, including changes, disruptions, and other unplanned events while a technician is on site.
  • Interface with customers and installation partners during installation and provide bridge support as needed.
  • Work directly with supply chain teams to coordinate service delivery, gather data, and resolve issues.

Key competencies include proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, strong Excel skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in oral and written language of the customer being supported as well as English.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated individuals who can work overtime and weekends to meet customer rollout schedules.
  • Results-oriented and able to prioritize workload to meet multiple project and customer timelines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

This role requires a bachelor's degree and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with SAP and Business Objects is a plus. 2+ years' experience in hardware deployments, order management, logistics, and project management is preferred.
