Social Media Content Manager
Job Description:The successful candidate will manage our social media content, ensure accurate tagging, and respond to FAQs across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Responsibilities include:
- Tagging and categorizing social media posts accurately to enhance discoverability and analytics.
- Monitoring social media channels for engagement opportunities and responding promptly.
- Maintaining tagged content adherence to best practices to prevent misclassification that could skew performance metrics.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to align content strategies and maintain a cohesive brand voice across platforms.
- Assisting in analyzing social media performance metrics and providing insights to improve engagement and content strategy.
- Proven experience in social media management or operations.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools is beneficial.
